Spring FTE enrollment at UNT Dallas up over previous spring

DALLAS— Spring 2012 full-time equivalent student enrollment at the University of North Texas at Dallas rose 5.8 percent over the previous spring semester’s figure, according to figures from the 12th class day or “census day.” FTE student enrollment stood at 1,031, compared to last spring’s final enrollment of 974 FTE.
 
A total of 1,908 students are enrolled at UNT Dallas in the spring term.
 
Most importantly for UNT Dallas, the number of credit hours taken by undergraduate students increased significantly (5.5 percent) over the previous spring term, attributable to the increased number of freshmen and undergraduate students enrolled at the new school. Master’s credit hours increased by 8.1 percent over the same time period due to a 40 percent increase in new graduate students.
